You have to get through the mushrooms first, as those are stopping the blocks. Also there are flower pots in this level. Even though you don’t have them as level goals, but to collect the water drops you need to cleat the flower pots.
Try making rocket boosters, as they clear out everything on line. It is easier to collect mushrooms with rocket boosters.
